Our institute is certified as level “A” institution 

for chemical toxicity identification

 The MOH of China assessed institutions applying for qualification for chemical toxicity identification  recently and approved 12 of them in February,2003. These institutions were classified into four levels based on their experimental capability.   Guangdong Prevention and Treatment Center for Occupational Diseases ,which ranked first, has been granted as the level “A”  institution for chemical toxicity identification.

Level “A”  institutions can conduct four types of experiments including tests on acute toxicity, subacute toxicity, subchronic toxicity, and chronic toxicity.  The level “B”, ”C”or “D” institutions can only conduct the first 3, first 2, or first 1 tests respectively mentioned above.
